Terms & Conditions: A 2 night deposit is required to reserve the suite. One night applies towards rent and the other night's deposit automatically coverts into a security deposit upon arrival and is refunded 24 hours after departure. The entire deposit is refunded upon cancellation, minus a $50 processing fee, if request is received as follows: 60 days before arrival - 100% 59 - 31 days before arrival - 50% 30 - 0 days before arrival - 0% Deposits are accepted via the PayPal link on our website from all major credit cards and bank account direct debits. The balance of your stay is due upon arrival in cash. All rentals are charged an additional cost of $70 cleaning fee.
