Gulf Shores Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Credit Cards accepted with 3% of Total added.
A $150.00 Pre-Payment of Rent and signed rental agreement provided is needed to confirm booking. - Once you tell me you Do want to rent, I will email an invoice and rental agreement to you. A $150 deposit that is applied to your rent and the signed rental agreement would be mailed back to us to hold the reservation.
(I will block out the dates once an email is received to reserve the unit. I will hold the dates for 14 days, if no deposit is received in those 14 days, the dates are made available again)
Your 'total amount due' would be made 15 days prior to your arrival date. When received we will send you your entry code to the unit. (No keys needed)
