San Juan Apartment Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rental price for this full size apartment is much less than a single hotel room in SJ!
- INCLUDES all utilities; there is only a cleaning cost of $80 and a mandatory 7% tax fee.
MAXIMUM number of guests is 3. As an exception, if there is a 4th person, and it is accepted by the owner, an additional $25 per day will need to be added.
CHECK-INS: We have a KEYLESS ACCESS system. For your benefit, there are no check-in or out times, so you can arrive or depart at any time during your rental period, but this will depend on the chosen dates. However, in order to plan ahead, we request that right after your payment, you send us a copy of your AIR TRAVEL itinerary receipt.
PAYMENTS: For more convenience and peace of mind, we require that you pay in full now, with the benefit of having the same cancellation policy as below. Payments can be made online, after your inquiry is accepted, with a credit card or via PayPal. - IMPORTANT: If you have any questions, please search this full description for answers since we have tried to include all possible details, and, check our Calendar BEFORE sending us an inquiry. Sorry, but due to the number of petitions we receive, requests for 'unavailable' dates will not be answered.
RESERVATIONS will be considered automatically confirmed as soon as payment is made in full.
CANCELLATIONS. A minimum 30 day notice, before the arrival date, is required to receive back refund for the rental cost, minus a 25% fee. Cancellations made within such notice period will forfeit the equivalent of 50% of the rental cost.
