- There is a $500 refundable deposit at time of reservation and is refunded back within a week of your departure as long as there is nothing missing or broken, rent is due 30 days before arrival and $120 cleaning deposit is due upon departure.
- ** Cancellation Policy: If canceled before 30 days of your arrival all but $40 will be refunded of your deposit for processing fee. If canceled within 30 days of your arrival entire deposit is forfeited.
