As of March 1, 2007 these fees must be paid to the owner and then submitted to the Association so that upon your arrival all gate passes and badges will be ready. Gate passes and badges must be returned to Welcome Center at the end of the stay. If not returned, fees will be deducted from security deposit.
*Renter Must be 25 years of age or older. Proof of age required - U.S. Drivers License. No Exceptions.
