- The deposit is non-refundable. Should your travel plans change, we will assist you in choosing new dates. The deposit is then applied to the new dates. There is a $100 fee for making changes in existing reservations. If the change is made such that the original dates are rebooked, the fee is reduced to $50. From time to time guests are unable to complete their stay. Under come circumstances a voucher may be issued for a future stay. The value of the voucher will reflect change fees and will be transferable. We always are willing to hold potential reservation dates before accepting your deposit up to 48 hours while you complete your other travel plans, if you ask us to do so. Inquiry dates are not held until a deposit is made unless we agree to the 48 hour hold directly with you.
