A non-refundable $100.00 Application Fee, and a $500.00 Security Deposit are required upon submission of a completed application by the 1350 Main Condominium Assoc. Inc. This fee is to be collected by the unit owner.
Upon execution of a final seasonal lease agreement and prior to occupancy a $1,000.00 security deposit and the full rental rate including any applicable taxes for the term of the lease must be paid by a cashier's check (or the equivalent) to the property owner.
An annual lease will require the same application fees as stated above. In addition, a security deposit of $1,500.00 and the first and last months rent will be required.

The condominium does have a reservable dining room with a catering kitchen. On the amenities floor, there is a high-end grill with ample seating for grilling, eating and entertainment.
While small pets are allowed in the building, the owner prefers not to invite pets to the unit.
