Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Nov-Apr: $650-$750/week (1 week minimum) Or $2200/month.
May-Oct: $600-$650/week (1 week minimum) Or $2000/month.
$300 Refundable Security Deposit + $60 One Time Cleaning Fee.

50% non-refundable deposit at booking/balance 60 days prior to arrival.
No refunds unless apartment can be rented for same time period at same price.
