Talking about views, the terrace overlooks the gardens and pool. It is your time to relax on the patio and sip a cool tropical drink while taking in the splendor of the lush gardens. Divers will be happy to know there is a rinse tank and drying station for your scuba gear. There is a wall around the entire property so you can relax in the total privacy of your own villa.

Casa Tina is decorated with fine Mexican furnishings. There is air-conditioning along with ceiling fans in every room. When you first enter Casa Tina, the first thing you will notice is the large open and airy floor plan with a beautiful archway. Our house has three large beautifully decorated bedrooms, two upstairs and one downstairs. Each bedroom has a huge amount of closet space and plenty of drawer space. For your comfort, the entire house has mini split air conditioning. Mini splits are similar to central air with the compressors on the outside of the house. The difference is that each unit has its own compressor and can be separately controlled to allow you to turn off one room and leave other rooms on. Or you can set each room to different temperature, stay as cool as you like, and sleep like a baby -- these units run almost without noise. Casa Tina is one of the finest homes on Cozumel and it has all the amenities to make your stay a wonderful vacation experience.

The maid at Casa Tina will take care of all the cleaning, so all you'll have to do is enjoy your vacation. Book your winter and spring vacation early to assure availability.
