Cambria House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 200 per nt 1200 per week 3000 a month
- 2 adults .. $1200/week plus $100 cleaning fee
4 adults .. $1400/week plus $150 cleaning fee
5 to 8 adults .. 1500/week plus 200 cleaning fee
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. - ***Reservations are accepted by phone or in writing and are confirmed with a security deposit of $200 by check or your MasterCard, Visa, or American Express credit card. There are minimum night requirements depending on the time of year. The deposit will be refunded within 30 days of your departure. Cambria House Details
***Cancellations must be received 30 days in advance of the arrival date, or the deposit will be forfeited unless the property can be re-rented. There is a $50 fee for all cancellations. Upon occupancy of the home there will be no refunds for early departure or fewer guests.
***Arrival & Departure: Check-in is 3pm-5pm & check-out is 11:00am. Your keys will be in a lock box at the front door. You will be given the lock box code prior to your arrival date. This property is privately owned and management and owner will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.***
