25% of the total amount is due to reserve The Great Blue Heron which includes rent, cleaning and a refundable damage deposit.
The full amount or balance is due 90 days before your arrival date. - Payment information: We accept checks and PayPal (with a convenience fee added)
To secure a reservation you will pay 25% of the total, which include, rent, hotel and TMD tax, cleaning fee of $235 refundable security of $500.00.
The reservation deposit is due within 5 working days and the balance is due 90 days in advance of the rental dates.

We strongly advise you to check into traveler's insurance for your trip. There are many companies who offer it.
Parking - There are two reserved parking spots that will accommodate 2 mid- sized vehicles or one large vehicle only. Larger vehicles must park off site. *Please inquire

- The Great Blue Heron is a unique rental as it has approximately 2600 living space and half of that are for the 4 bedrooms. These are exceptionally large bedrooms that will accommodate up to a maximum of 12 people comfortably in beds. (A baby in a port a crib would be acceptable as a 13th person) Each bed has been selected with comfort in mind and all of our linens are 100 percent cotton. Each bed is completely prepared fresh each time for your peace of mind. The bedrooms capture the fresh ocean breezes that make for a wonderful night's rest after your day at the beach. We have 3 full bathrooms for you to use which never gives you that busy or crowded feeling. We prepare our rentals each and every time to meet your high expectations.
