The reservation deposit is due within 5 working days and the balance is due 60 days in advance of the rental dates.

Great for Family Reunions, Retreat or Meetings: This 4 bedroom beach front rental is part of 2 other two bedroom units which can be rented together for family reunions or other large gathering such as corporate meetings. Retreat organizers will find this unit perfect for housing together and hold retreats at these units. These units are perfect for any group gatherings.
Rent the entire complex on the beach: We offer the opportunity to rent the entire building for your larger gatherings. With the 4 bedroom and both the 2 bedroom units downstairs you can house 20 people easily.
The Views are so incredible: Your overlooking the beach and bay is also complimented by the downtown skyline in the distance. We also have the Sea World fireworks directly in out in front of the units each summer night. You watch sail boats floating along lazily and rowers taking out their skull for an early morning or early evening row. Tiny migrating shore birds flit and flutter as they gather along their journeys north and south. Occasionally a seal will pop its head and search for dinner and then disappear as fast as it came. Life at the bay is the best.
