Located 175 yards (meters) from the Quicksilver Super 6 Chairlift at the Breckenridge Peak 9 Base Area. The Main Street of Breckenridge is a 1 block walk. The Columbine Condominium building just completed a $650,000 exterior remodel in 2009. This includes New Decks, Windows, Stairs, Stonework, Woodwork and Textured Stucco Walls. Hand rubbed pine 6 panel doors and wood trim through out unit. New comforters on all unit beds.
