Also just 1 hour from Atlanta (known for its sizzling nightlife), or 1 hr. from Chattanooga, TN (famous for the 'Ruby Falls' attraction), plus many other area attractions nearby for your enjoyment (Stone Mountain, Atlanta Metro Zoo and Six Flags over GA, to name a few). With each season, there are many unique things to do - in the fall, come to the Ellijay Apple Festival. If visiting in the winter, enjoy the snow-capped mountains, build a fire in the outdoor campfire, unwind in the hot tub, or relax inside by the cozy fireplace. If you come to visit during the spring/summer, you can enjoy the beautiful dogwoods and magnolias in full bloom on the property. Also enjoy boating/skiing on nearby Carter's Lake nestled deep in the mountains. Call for more information.
