A $100 deposit confirms your reservation, balance due 60 days prior to arrival, plus a $200 refundable damaged deposit. Our business is based on satisfied clients, repeat bookings and many referrals. We leave a guest book in our home for you to leave your comments regarding the home, area, and service provided by the management company. - At quiet times of the year great specials run - Let us have your dates and we can see if we can offer a lower rate $650 for unsold dates Sept. through Dec. (excluding Christmas and New Year).
