- Half deposit down will confirm a reservation. Balance of reservation + security deposit ($500) is due 45 days prior to arrival. If in the US, we accept M/C, VISA, Paypal, Money Orders, Cashier Checks and personal checks if more than 60 days prior to occupancy. Wire to our bank if outside US.
CANCELLATION: 15% cancellation fee is charged if canceled 120+ days prior to anticipated arrival (minimum $500). 30% cancellation fee is charged if between 45 to 119 days prior to anticipated arrival (minimum $1000). No refunds if less than 45 days before arrival date.

Newly Renovated Penthouse: This is a spacious 2810 square foot penthouse apartment newly renovated and professionally decorated on the beach. It is in a very exclusive gated building with 24 hour security. It has a private beach access from the pool area.
Bedrooms and Terraces: The apartment is on two levels and every room has a terrace overlooking Acapulco Bay. Each bedroom has high ceilings with ceiling fans, air conditioning, king size bed, cable TV, a private terrace and a full bath which includes hair dryer. There are 3 different sofas and 3 sitting areas on the main floor of the apartment, so separate parties could still enjoy privacy from other guests. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 8 people maximum. Partial rentals would need to inquire as to the availability.
Ideal Location with the Right Mix of Amenities: The apartment is close to everything, so there's plenty of public transportation. It is ideally located one block off the main road, but directly on the beach/Bay.
