Beacon House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Week nights start at $195 per night but vary with the season. Longer stays may be discounted.
Weekend rates start at $240 per night but vary with the season. Longer stays may be discounted.
All rates vary on national holidays and during peak season. They can go as high as $300 per night on wk-ends depending on the amount of people.
All bookings are a minimum of 2 nights.
Long holiday weekends are a minimum of 3 nights.
Payment of 1/2 of the total rental is needed to confirm your reservation.
A refundable security deposit is due to place a hold on the rental dates..
There are cleaning costs starting at $75 which vary depending on the amount of people and length of stay.
Pets are allowed with a prior agreement. There's a small charge per night for each animal to cover additional cleaning for other renters who may have pet allergies.
