General Information: If during your stay you require assistance, our local management company will be on hand to deal with any issues relating to the property or pool. They can also assist you with information about the area or local attractions. We accept bookings for any day of the week. Book 4 weeks pay for only 3 weeks For rentals more than 1 month call for price Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Shopping & Attractions: There is an abundance of shopping for all tastes. There are 2 main outlet shopping malls, Premium outlets located off of exit 68 of I4 and Prime Outlets near Universal Studios. Walmart superstore is located 5 minutes away from the house with Publix and Target located off of HW27. The newly developed Posner Park is located at the intersection of I4 and HW27 10 minutes from the house. Some of the worlds most famous theme parks are located within 20-40 minutes from the house. These include Walt Disney World Resort, Sea World, Universal Studios and Universals Islands of Adventure, in Orlando. To the west is Busch Gardens located in Tampa about 50 minutes away.
Eating: There is a wide choice of eating places catering to any taste. These include, Mcdondalds, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and KFC.
