The home is situated in a quiet mainly residential area with few immediate neighbors and little passing traffic. It's on a south-facing landscaped lot, with the rear garden, complete with fishing dock, backing onto a local waterway that has pleasurable views and local bird life.
There are six golf courses within two miles, and many more within a 20-minute drive. Nearby there are many beautiful sandy beaches (with not many people), and a wide variety of water sports available within a 15-minute drive of the villa.
