Damage deposit will be refunded one week after your return if there are no damages to the property. - For monthly rentals, cleaning and laundry services can be arranged on site and at a small expense.

More Photos and Area Information: Everyone who has visited the house agrees it is more beautiful than the photos show, and it really is.
This is a tranquil and relaxing beachfront environment in a spacious and well-equipped house. The Gulf waters are always warm. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful, and there is an abundance to see and do - nearby ruins, great restaurants,and excellent sightseeing in colonial Merida.
It is recommended that you bring a cellphone, or one can be purchased with minutes included for $35 in Merida.
