Sugar Beach Estate: The main house has four bedrooms, five baths, a full kitchen, inside and outside dining areas. Living room with amazing ocean views and wrap-around decks on all levels from each room.

Guest House: The guest house has one bedroom, full bath, a full kitchen, and expansive private decks. It is possible to rent the guest house separately from the main house.
