Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Prior to three months before start date, $500. non refundable reservation fee which will be applied to rent. Less than three months before start date, 50% deposit upon booking, balance plus refundable security deposit of $500. due 25 days prior to arrival. Refundable security deposit will be returned (subject to damage other than normal usage) within 5 days of departure.
CANCELLATIONS: up to 60 days prior to arrival date, 1/2 of any refundable portion of rental rent paid will be refunded with balance to follow IF property is re-rented within 30 days of original arrival date. - It is the renters' responsibility upon departure to strip the beds, to place the used bedding, towels and kitchen linens into the basket provided in the bathroom, and to leave the house in 'broom clean' condition.
The number of persons staying overnight on the premises is limited to the number agreed upon at the time of rental. Excess guests will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
THIS IS A NO SMOKING RENTAL - this applies to anywhere in or on the premises - inside or out. Any evidence of smoking in or on the premises will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
