Well over a hundred visitors have enjoyed our condo at the Pelican Pointe Hotel & Resort since we purchased it in June 2005. We love the Clearwater Beach area and the pristine white sand beach. We are offering our condo so you can enjoy it too. Many of our guests come again and again. You'll love our newly upgraded unit, the Pelican Pointe and beautiful Clearwater Beach. Our desire is to provide you, our guests, with a great vacation spot in the heart of Clearwater Beach and the new Beach Walk district at a affordable rate. Jim and Tri Morocco
