La Quinta House Summary
Tropical paradise where you can enjoy the privacy of a 'skinny dip' in the secluded, salt water pool or relax in the spa. You may choose to read in the quiet peace of the gazebo, surrounded with banana, citrus and palm trees. The humming birds, finches and mocking birds are included free of charge.
This lovely vacation home has 3 bedrooms (master is downstairs and 2 are upstairs allowing good privacy), 2 1/2 baths, and sleeps up to 6. The home has 2 air conditioners and central heat as well as 2 electric fireplaces. It has a large deck/balcony off both upst. bedrooms. There is a convenient, inside laundry room w/washer & dryer. There are T.V.s in all bedrooms and a big screen in the living room with VCR, DVD and radio. The fully equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, dishes and pots and pans. Linens and towels are provided. Just bring your toothbrush and swim suit!

This home is located on the 3rd fairway of the famous 27 hole golf course in the Indian Palms Resort, a gated community. It is located less than a mile from the well known polo grounds, home of the Stagecoach & Coachella music festivals, dog show, hot air balloon festival, art shows and many more fun activities: great polo too. Just across the street begins the city of LaQuinta with the convenience of their many new restaurants & shopping. Downtown Palm Springs & the Palm Spring airport is about a 30 min. drive. There are 5 casinos w/great show venues within 10 - 15 min. as well as live theatre and great music. You have over 100 golf courses in the area to choose from as well as the one your back yard! This house is our 2nd home and is very well equipped for your vacation enjoyment. It comes with a friendly gardener and pool cleaning person. Housekeeping service is available. Come enjoy our beautiful weather and the spectacular snow capped mountain views.

- The master bedroom suite has a wall of glass with doors leading to the patio and pool /spa area. This suite includes an incredible bath with mirrored walls, ceiling and skylights. You will enjoy the 2 person spa tub and separate walk in shower. The electric fireplace next to the bed adds to the romantic atmosphere as does the sound of the waterfall nearby. Bedroom #2 is upstairs and has a balcony overlooking the golf course. It also boasts a connecting bath and walk in closet. Bedroom #3 is also upstairs and shares the bath of bedrm. #2. It has sliding glass doors onto a large deck facing the golf course. All three beds are quite comfy and come with down comforters.
