Hilo Estate Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • 1-4 guests - $175/night (7-night min.) // $195/night (3-night min.)
    Each additional guest: $15/person/night up to 8 guests. Email for 9+ guests.
    High Season: July & August - add $15/night.
    Plus one time Departure Cleaning Fee & 11.419% Hawaii State Tax
    $500 Reservation/Security Deposit required to confirm. Refundable within 14 days
    after departure. Full payment due 60 days before arrival (90 days for Holidays).
    New: Christmas & New Year Holidays (7-night min.), Thanksgiving (5-night min.) & Merrie Monarch (4-night min.) = $345/night.
