Nightly and weekend rates maybe available during Value period. Please contact us for rates. A one-time cleaning fee will be collected with final payment.
- 25% of total stay due at time of booking with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival plus a refundable $300 security deposit and a $100 cleaning fee. Refunds available if notification is received in writing 30 days prior to scheduled arrival less $200 non-booking fee. Within 30 days of arrival refund will only be provided if property can be re-booked. Security deposit will be refunded within 1 week of departure.

This private lockable 6'x8' facility can be used at the renters request and on a fee basis to lock up equipment, surf boards, bicycles etc...
