At Orlando Sunshine Vacation Villa, you stay right near Disney in comfort. The villa is a family-owned vacation home that's about 12 MINUTES FROM DISNEY. It is available for short-term rentals to families and comfortably SLEEPS UP TO 10 PEOPLE (two families of 5!). Stay for a few nights, or as long as you want in the comfort of a 4 BEDROOM (2 master suites!), 3 BATHROOM luxury villa in an exclusive, beautifully maintained GATED COMMUNITY surrounded by orange groves.
The SPECTACULAR, SOUTH FACING PRIVATE POOL will likely be the centre of your activities at the villa. With it's southwest exposure and open space behind, you get all day sun on the pool and lots more to entertain your family. Big screen high def cable TV; TV's in the bedrooms; Nintendo video game system with plenty of games to play; and the AMAZING GAMES ROOM can easily entertain a crowd with its high-quality pool table, PC with high speed internet, and an electronic darts game that's loads of fun for everyone!

Orlando Sunshine short-term holiday rental villa is ideally located in Davenport, an easy 15 minute drive from Disney. The villa is tucked into an enclave in a quiet area surrounded by orange groves, close to hwys 4 and 27. Across 27 from the huge new retail development Posner Park, which when completed will have an incredible variety of shops and services.
The villa is in a small, exclusive, secure and exceptionally well maintained gated community of just 35 villas, built in 2003. It's on a corner lot so neighbors at the sides are not too close, and it backs onto open green space with southwest facing pool with no neighbors behind to restrict your privacy.
Unlike other communities which have many poorly maintained properties, where grass is not cut or watered and the whole area is in decay; the street and homes in our community are all incredibly well kept and there's no nasty surprises in the environment as you're approaching the villa - it's an absolutely beautiful location.

- Three bathrooms are an unusual feature in Orlando villas, but the extra bathroom handles a crowd much easier and lets you get away to the theme parks that much faster in the morning. The rear master bedroom's en suite bathroom has direct pool access, great for changing or towelling off without dripping through the villa.

- The 4 bedroom/3 bathroom layout is unusual in that it has two master suites - each with its own en suite bathroom. So parents of two families each get the space and bathroom access of a master bedroom. The 3 bathrooms let a large group get ready much faster in the morning, so you can get to the theme parks before the crowds! The rear master bedroom has a door leading directly to the pool area, and another direct access to the pool through the en suite bathroom. This is great for towelling off or changing without dripping throughout the villa. A pull-out sofa completes the sleeping arrangements and sleeps two, along with eight in the bedrooms, for total capacity of 10.
