Vista del Lago House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- All rates are NEGOTIABLE depending on length of stay.
- Credit Cards accepted through PAYPAL: MC/ Visa. All quoted rates based on party of 6.
Deposits: $250 Security Deposit to hold dates for reservations. Payment due in FULL one month prior. Monthly rates require $500 security deposit. Reservations under one month of reservation require payment in full. We can not hold a property and rates without this deposit.
Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel in the event client has not paid the balance at least 4 weeks prior to arrival, if guest cancels with less than 4 week notice all monies will be forfeited unless we are able to re-book the home for the same time period. If we are able to complete booking, refund will be made less 20%..
