This house is a secluded luxurious mountain getaway with all the modern conveniences - you won't be disappointed! Explore the property's ten acres and adjacent ninety acres of open space. You can hike, snow shoe or mountain bike from your door. Free Skiing For Six! Eldora is just 10 minutes by car and the house comes with 6 transferable ski passes beginning in 2008/2009 ski season. A ticket is $59/day - big savings! Paradise Ridge is 20 min from Boulder, 50 from Denver, 10 from Eldora, 2 from town of Nederland, 30 from Rocky Mountain National Park, and 5-20 from numerous trail heads. Enjoy the gourmet kitchen with seating for 10, hot tub, steam shower, jetted tub, large screen TV with surround sound and video library, deck, patio, gas grill, and kids' playhouse. The beds have new mattresses - all queens are pillowtop-type.
The house is totally eco-friendly: natural carpeting, paint, natural finish on floors, sustainable materials and much more! The house has natural summer air-conditioning and winter passive solar heat.
Guest Book: Paradise Ridge provided the setting for our annual family vacation this year: mom and dad, two daughters, son-in-law, and two grandchildren (9 and 5), plus dog (Malamute mix). It was the perfect setting, with easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park and other sites. In addition to the excellent location and lovely view, the house itself is architecturally attractive, well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. We also appreciated Annika’s prompt attention to our inquiries and concerns. Location, view, amenities, and comfort – a great place for children, for adults, for bird-watching (more than 30 species sighted during the week), and for the dog – we all had a wonderful time.
