Its origins go back to Etruscan times, over 2000 years ago. The core of this superb residence is a tower built in the 11th century, around which an aristocratic mansion was built in the 1600s. The villa has been recently restored by its aristocratic owners with a timeless style and grace. Its colorful décor of superb antiques and fine fabrics creates a gracious and welcoming ambiance. Double drawing room, complete with imposing marble fireplace and grand piano, you pass through a hall into a working kitchen, then into a long Roman-style dining room with a feast-sized oval table and French doors leading out to the terrace and garden. The villa is ringed by 2 acres of parkland with lofty trees and formal gardens, where you can walk through an ancient amphitheatre and past rows of olive trees.
