Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Credit Cards now accepted through Paypal. Cleaning charge of $100 will be added to all rental fee's. Rental fee includes up to a four person stay. Additional persons are $25 each per stay. Reservations are taken on a first come basis upon receipt of security deposit.
Security Deposit of $250 for stays of less than 31 days, and 10%(minimum $250)for stays of greater than 30 days are required to reserve your dates.
Deposit is refundable in full if reservation is cancelled more than 90 days in advance; less 15% if cancelled 60-90 days in advance, less 50% if cancelled 30-59 days in advance. Cancellations less than 30 days in advance will be forfeited.
International clients must pay via PayPal. All conversion fee's are the responsibility of the client, including return of security deposit.
