Volcano House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $125/night per couple-2 night min. 4-5 nights $115/nt.
$105.00 per night for 6 or more nights.
Hawaii State Taxes 12% will be added to All Rates.
Special rates are available for longer stays.
Cleaning fee is $75.00.
Security Deposit $250.00.
Add $10.00 per night for ea adult after the first couple.
Add $10.00 per visit per week for access to the washer and dryer. - PAYMENT: ½ of the total bill for your stay is due 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival and the other ½ is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A damage/reservation deposit of $250 is required. This must be received within 2 days of booking the reservation. This will be returned to you within 2 weeks of your departure, As long as the premise is left as you found it and ready for sanitizing.
CANCELLATIONS: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 5% Cancellation fee or $50 whichever is greater. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment unless we are able to rent it to another guest.
