Winter rates: Nov-April. $390/weeknight $410 weekends 3 night min. 2010 Holiday rates:
11/19-28/10 & 12/17/10-1/2/11 & President's Weekend 2011 $490/nt 5 night minimum. Refundable
Sec. dep. of ($400)& 1/2 rental fee due at sign up. Balance due within
30 days (60 days for holidays) prior to check in. **60 day cancellation
policy applies to all holiday rates. **30 day cancellation policy applies
to all other dates. Sales tax applies. 13.55% $200 non-refundable
