Ski Lease is also available from January 3, 2010 through April 30, 2010 @ $2500 per month. Cleaning every two weeks after usage, snow plow fee and utilities to be paid by occupants. - $500.00 security deposit is required with in 7 days of the reservation. Full payment plus the 10% Occupancy Tax must be received at least 45 days prior to the commencement of the rental date. Cancellation must be in writing. Full refund of deposit will be given if the cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to the rental date. No refund shall be given otherwise.

- On the first level there is a grand master suite with a king size bed, a private TV and a beautifully adorned bathroom with jetted tub, stall shower and dual sinks all in state of the art finishes. Access to a private back deck is available from the master bedroom. Upstairs you'll find a loft open to the lower level, two bedrooms, a sleeping room and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The queen bedroom includes a walk-in closet and views of the beautifully wooded lot. The twin bedroom includes two twin beds and a generously sized closet. The sleeping room has a fold-out couch and is a great place to find some quiet time.
