Innsbrook Chalet Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- No security deposit for qualified renters.
- 50% of rental fee is due at time of booking; remaining 50% due 30 days in advance.
Cancellations more than 30 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 30 days in advance will be refunded if I am able to re-book the property, less a $50 service charge. Payment by check OR you may pay by credit card through PayPal.
Cleaning fee is always waived for stays of 5 nights or more. - I also have another wonderful chalet across the street from this one! I offer a discount when both properties are rented together. Please inquire for more information about Chalet 1716 which sleeps 2-4.

- The main floor bedroom opens to a large screened-in porch which connects to both the living room and the deck overlooking the beautiful Lake Sonnenblick. This bedroom also is attached to a full bath & laundry area. A clothes closet and separate dresser are included in the bedroom. The second floor bedroom is very private and nicely decorated. A full closet and dresser are included. A full bath is nearby. The sleeping loft includes a sleeper sofa and comfortable sitting room furniture, and a drapery room divider to create a private and cozy sleeping area. There is plenty of room to spread out in the loft. The loft also includes a desk overlooking the living room & lake below -- a great area to keep up with personal business. Free wireless Internet service is available in all rooms of the chalet. Towels and extra linens are also included with the chalet rental.
