Peak & holidays: $250/night or $1700/wk for up to 4 guests. Add'l guests: $25/night Max. 5 adults.
Min. stay 2 nights. A $300 deposit must be made in order
to confirm your reservation. We accept cash, PayPal, travelers checks,
and USA personal checks from Chase, US Bank, Wells Fargo, BofA and Citibank only.
All amenities, phone, internet, Wi-Fi, premium cable TV, free parking and
laundry facilities included . Air Cond. optional @ $15/day. No taxes. There is a $100 housecleaning fee
and a $100 non-refundable cancellation fee.
