A 20% Deposit of the total cost is required to reserve the apartment. A $200.00 Security Deposit is required and will be FULLY REFUNDED upon your departure once premises have been inspected and no damage other than normal wear or theft has occurred. Payments can be made by credit card via Pay pal or Homeaway. Full balance payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations are not confirmed until reservation deposit has been received and Rental Agreement is signed. Reservation is on a First Come/First Serve basis. **Cancellation Policy: If Canceled 30 days or more prior to arrival date, full refund will be reimbursed minus PayPal Fee. If less than 30 days, deposit will not be refunded. If less than 14 days, full payment will Not be refunded.
