Narragansett Cottage Details
Around the area: This cottage is in a very central location. Only 20 minutes to historic Newport, 30 minutes to Providence (to see the Water Fires!), 10 minutes to URI campus, 15 minutes to Galilee fishing village and the ferry to Block Island, 12 minutes to the North Kingston Amtrak Train station and of course there are several beautiful ocean beaches within 20 minutes. The closes beach is Narragansett Town Beach - only 5 minutes away by car!
Kayaking!: The river is a beautiful spot for kayaking. The rental includes the use of two single kayaks, a double kayak and a canoe. Additional kayaks can be rented down the street! The river leads out to Narragansett Bay so kayaking to the mouth of the river is a great experience that ends at the ocean!
