Simcoe Pines is a beautifully appointed home, c.1850, located in Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake.
It features a heated in-ground pool, outdoor bar, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, wireless Internet
access, dishwasher, laundry room, high ceilings, hardwood floors and Central air conditioning.
The Master bedroom Suite which runs the full length of the house(15 x 31') features vaulted ceilings, 4 poster
Queen bed, a gas fireplace, sitting area in front of the fire, en-suite bathroom with skylight, shower stall and
claw-foot tub. Through the sliding doors off this bedroom is a covered balcony with wicker seating overlooking
the pool and private backyard. It is well protected by the tall Pines and is private even in the Winter.
Large principal rooms on the main floor which is open concept making it easy for everyone to be together even
during meal preparation.
