Payment Terms:
First come first serve basis. 50% of total payment is due when booking reservation (non-refundable 60 days prior to your arrival date).
The remaining 50% balance (non-refundable) is due 30 days prior to arrival date, along with a $1000 security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded within 14 days from your departure date as long as the house is in satisfactory condition. We do not accept credit cards. -
Holiday Rates of $900 a night apply for the following dates: Dec 20 - Dec 31; Jan 16-19; Feb 15 - 20.
Non-Holiday Rates are $800/night with $900 on Weekend Nights.
