Terms and Conditions:
It is a fully furnished apartment and the rental price includes the use of water, gas and electricity and a final cleaning upon departure. All bed linens and towels are included except beach/pool towels. Arrival and departure date should be Saturday, if at all possible. Arrive after 3 pm and departure before 11 am.
Smoking inside house is not permitted. No pets allowed.
Security Deposit:
A deposit of 200 Euros required upon booking. This amount will be returned after keys have been returned and inspection of the apartment has been made.
Payment Conditions:
A written confirmation will be sent to you after approval of dates requested. In order to hold your reservation, a deposit of 200 Euros is required. The payment should be made by certified check or bank draft/transfer. Once your deposit has been received, a confirmation will be sent to you and your reservation will be considered definite. The balance is to be received 8 weeks be

Accessibility: 2 elevators in building. Outside: Very spacious, private balconies with gas barbecue, tables, chairs, sun umbrella and lounge chairs. Views of Monchique Mountains and sea. Sun ALL DAY! Communal, seasonal swimming pool with pool bar. Smoking only outside the apartment. Coast/Beach: 15-20 minute walk to the beautiful Alvor beach or town of Alvor. Beaches are beautiful with fine sand, caves and quiet beach restaurants/bars. Many, many seafood restaurants and pubs/bars.
Golf: Golf: 5 minutes drive Penina Championship Golf Course. 5 minutes drive Alto Golf. 15 minutes drive Palmares Golf Club. 20 minutes drive Pinta and Gramacho at Carvoeiro. 10 minutes drive Quinta do Morgardo.
