Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel your trip (for any reasons): 1) 60 days or more before your trip 100% refund (- $30 processing fee) 2) within 60 days a) If we are able to rent to another party for the same price: 100% refund (-$30 processing fee) b) if we are able to rent to another party at a discounted price: we will refund up to the amount we were able to collect from the other party(-$30 processing fee) c)if we are unable to rent to another party: no refund. However, you will have the option to rebook for a future trip and your payment may be applied toward your future stay with a penalty of 20% or $200 whichever is lower). We highly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.
