Reservation Deposits:
Reservations are booked with an initial deposit equal to 50% of the total rental balance. The remaining balance, including cleaning fee & security deposit authorization (only charged after rental if there is damage) is due 60 days prior to arrival. If booking a reservation within 60 days of your arrival, the full balance is due at the time of booking. -
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel more then 60 days prior to arrival, all monies will be refunded minus a $150 cancellation fee. Should you need to cancel within the 60 days prior to arrival all monies are non-refundable unless your exact dates can be re-booked. If we can re-book your exact dates, all monies received less the $150 cancellation fee will be returned. We regret that there are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures or no shows.
