Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Low Season: $850/week; High Season: $940/week

Low Season: 2 night minimum-2 nights-$320; 3 nights-$455;4 nights-$590; 5 nights-$725; 6&7 nights-$860.
High Season: 3 night minimum-3 nights-$500; 4 nights-$650; 5 nights-$800; 6&7 nights-$950. High season is considered the entire month of October and holidays including Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, and July 4.
RENT 6 NIGHTS AND GET THE 7th NIGHT FREE!!!! - Rent 6 nights and get the 7th night free. Rates do not include $30 reservation fee, $300 refundable security deposit, $45 security deposit protector, $50 optional laundry/departure cleaning fee, or 9.75% taxes.
