Mattapoisett House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Entire Property: $7,000 per week, or rent separately the BIG HOUSE or LITTL E HOUSE at other rates
- THREE RENTAL OPTIONS
1. WHOLE HOUSE rental: Minimum stay: 1 week. June, July, August, to mid September, $7,000 per week, one month for $26,800. Maintenance fee: $600 for the whole house For longer stays cleaning must be arranged by renters.
2. BIG HOUSE: Minimum stay: 1 week. June,July, August to mid September : $4,000 per week, $14,800 per month. Maintenance fee:: $360. For longer stays, cleaning must be arranged by renters.
3. LITTLE HOUSE: Minimum stay: 1 week. End of May, June, July, August, September: $3,000 per week, $10,800 per month. Maintenance fee $280. - The Big House will accommodate 12 adults and has 3 full baths and one half bathroom. There are 3 Living rooms, 1 dining room, kitchen, laundry with washer & dryer and an outside porch with views of Mattapoisett Harbor with some porch furniture. Optional third floor is possible, to be discussed with manager. The Little House accommodates 9 adults comfortably with 3 baths and 1 half bathroom. It has two living rooms, one dining room, one full-size kitchen by the dining room and one smaller kitchen adjacent to the larger living room. Both kitchens are fully equipped. The laundry has a washer and dryer. Off the Master Bedroom there is a balcony sitting area with views of the harbor with some porch furniture. Heating in part of this house makes it attractive for a couple and a guest or two during the cooler spring and autumn months.

The house is comfortable, functional, even though the funiture is not modern. There is no ground floor bedroom.
Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided. Porch furniture does not accommodate large groups, but as a family we have had as many as 15 - 20 on the porch of the Big House and some on the deck of The Little House.
Parking must only be on our side, the left side of the street. Please try to bring a minimum of cars up to 10. Others will have to be parked elsewhere. Please no large pick-up trucks The house is in close proximity to a private beach club and private dock.
Family fun and games are encouraged, but no loud, raucous parties and boom boxes. Quieter evenings requested.
