Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- December 15 - January 2nd will have a 20% premium added.
- A refundable security deposit of $250 is due with final deposit.
- Reservations taken with a 50% deposit with balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. Daily maid service is not typically available, but special arrangements can be made. Additional sheets and towels are available to change out during the week.

- The main house on the upper level has three bedrooms and two tiled baths with large showers. The master suite has its own large sliding glass door leading to the veranda with beautiful views of the ocean. The upstairs bedrooms all have either jungle or water views. The three bedrooms upstairs can accommodate six people in beds and two more on a queen mattress for a total capacity of 8 upstairs. Four people can stay downstairs, two in the bedroom and two on a queen mattress.
