Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- 50% deposit required to reserve the unit. Remainder of rent and Tourist Tax (10%) to be paid one month prior to arrival. Deposit will be refunded if the owner is notified of cancellations 60 days prior to time of arrival, and IF the owner is able to rent the unit again for the same period at the same rate.
The additional fees required are the $60 cleaning fee and an application fee required by the condominium association. The fee is $100 for first time renters and $50 for renters who have previously rented in the building. More information will be included in the documents provided to renters after making an inquiry.
We use the Homeaway.com Property Damage Protection and the fee of $39 for $1500 worth of coverage is required to be paid by the renter. There are some circumstances when we would require a higher level of protection. - The condominium association does NOT permit renting for periods less than one month. There are no exceptions.
