Parking for ONE (1) vehicle - HOA enforces towing policy!! Additional parking is available off-site. MAJOR HOLIDAYS - a three (3) - four (4) night minimum is preferred. Owner accepts credit cards via PayPal with a 3% transaction fee added to total, and deducted from security deposit. Rental unit DOES NOT INCLUDE LINENS (sheets, pillow cases, and towels), TOILETRIES, OR PAPER PRODUCTS, but DOES include comforter for master queen bed, mattress pads, and blankets to accommodate 6 persons. Rates listed do not include NC occupancy tax, refundable security deposit, and/or pet fee.
