6. Cleaners inspect unit and owner mails security deposit within 07-14 days.
CREDIT CARDS - We accept Credit Cards - add a 2.5% transaction fee to the total.
LINENS - you use, you wash. $30.00 fee if not washed.
NOTE: Until confirmed, rates subject to change.
OFF SEASON - October 2013 - May 2014: RENT MONTHLY or LONG TERM.
$780.00 per month, including all utilities. $45.00 cap on electric.
