• All rates + fees, if any (see below) + $59 Property Damage Protection Plan + 8.875% NY State sales tax.
• FEE (Cleaning): Cleaning charge of $75 + tax added per week (7 days / 6 nights).
• FEE (Pets): We only allow (well-behaved and quiet) dogs; a “Doggy Fee” of $20 / night per dog + tax would be assessed.
• Gratuity greatly appreciated, but not required. - DISCOUNTS
There are several ways to get an even better price than our already low rates:
• Extended Stay Discounts: The longer your stay, the greater the discount. Monthly rates during our “Early Winter” period, for example, can be as low as $99 / night (+ fees and taxes, if any), depending on the specifics of your needs (length of stay, number of guests, etc.).
• Military Discounts: We offer 10% discount to all active United States Armed Services personnel. This discount cannot be combined with other discounts, and must be requested at time of inquiry; it cannot be given retroactively after booking has been made.
• Multi-Apartment Discounts: For exceptionally large parties, we offer at least 10% off the second Apartment. The longer your stay, the greater the discount.

The Living Room features: (1) Full-size futon sofabed (sleeps 2); dining table & chairs for 6; 30 in. flat screen HDTV with DVD library and HBO on Demand (Curb Your Enthusiasm; Sex in the City; The Sopranos; TRUE Blood); closet; a floor / reading lamp; (2) south-facing windows that bathe the room in morning light, and which overlook beautiful Gardens with a 50' Tree of Heaven, Cherry & Pear Blossom trees. Up to (2) more people can be accommodated with (1) queen-size Aerobed inflatable mattress on the floor for $40 per person / per night.
