Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- **PLEASE NOTE OUR RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE**
- We offer weekends, weekly, monthly and seasonal rentals. Requests for weekend-only rentals during the summer are considered based on availability.
- In order to secure a reservation, we will need a 50% deposit plus a refundable security deposit.
We accept bank certified checks and PayPal payments (there is a 2.99% + $0.30 USD PayPal transaction fee - fees on the security deposit will be refunded).
