PLEASE NOTE: During the winter months in Florida, particularly December - February, if the temperature drops to 52 Farenheit, electric pool heaters automatically shut off & are reset when temps go above 52 degrees again. This is typical for all pools in the Florida area to prevent damage to pool motors. When the heater is set, the pool temp stays between 80 - 84 degrees consistently. - - 12% Hotel and State Taxes are extra
- Cleaning fee applies to stays less than 6 nights
- 25% deposit of total rental cost secures your booking and balance is due 6 weeks prior to your stay.

- The Master En-Suite is a bright spacious room with a soaker tub in the corner next to a large walk in shower. There are dual sinks in the vanity with a well lit large mirror and a built in blow dryer so you don't have to bring one. The toilet is in it's own separate room. There is new tiled flooring in the Master Bathroon bathroom. The second bathroom has two entrance doors from two different hallways for the remaining three bedrooms to access. There are two sinks in the well lit, large vanity/mirror, tub/shower combo, built in blow dryer for getting ready. Stocked linen closet is located inside the second bathroom.

- The spacious master bedroom has a luxurious king-sized bed with a large 4 piece en-suite bathroom, complete with a soaker tub to relax in. The master bedroom has access to the pool deck with sliding glass doors. It has a large walk-in closet, TV/Cable and ceiling fan. The quiet, private location will ensure you have a very relaxing sleep. The ceiling fans in each room add extra air flow and compliment the air conditioner, keeping each room a very comfortable temperature all day and evening long. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, dresser, TV/Cable, ceiling fan, small sitting area, it's very spacious, room for a crib if needed. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and a single bed, dresser, TV/Cable/Playstaion, ceiling fan. Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds dresser and TV/Cable/Playstation,ceiling fan. All the rooms allow guests to have a personal space of their own at the end of the day to relax, play some games, watch TV or read a book. Bedrooms 2 and 3 access the 2nd bathroom.
